ABOUT me

My name is Emily Sinnett and I am in my fourth year of a bachelor's degree in Advertising at Southern Illinois University Carbondale. For the past two years I have been participating in Saluki AdLab, a student-run ad agency at my university, which has given me tremendous hands-on experience in graphic design, copywriting, media planning, brand design, client communication, and more. We also participate in AAF’s NSAC every year, taking home first place in our district in April 2023. 

It is through this program that I have developed such a deep passion for the world of advertising. I have always been creative in nature, and advertising seems to be the perfect fit for me, combining my love for art and design and my desire to work in business. I have the greatest passion for design, but really consider myself a “jack of all trades” as I have dipped my toes into many different components of the advertising industry. I am currently seeking a full time position for summer 2024 and beyond which will provide me ample opportunity to grow, learn, and expand my capabilities. ​
